He was recruited to the Becker Law Office in the fall of 2001 and there he continued his focus upon Plaintiff’s personal injury claims until the fall of 2004 when he joined Bubalo & Hiestand, predecessor to the current firm, Bubalo, Hiestand & Rotman, PLC. Dean's practice remains oriented to personal injury claims with specific focus on automobile tort, medical malpractice, products liability and other complex litigation.

With two young children his free time is limited; however when he’s not assisting the coaches of Joe’s various youth sports teams, at an ice rink with Caroline’s figure skating club, or working on a project at the children’s school, Dean thoroughly enjoys traveling with his family and playing golf whenever he has the opportunity.
